Cocktails at the Principal, or in your own home

We recently told you about our work with the Volta team at The Refuge. So, if you’ve taken a shine to our gorgeous chairs (yes, we are biased), did you know, you can order your very own versions?

Our ten cocktail chairs are sitting, pride of place in the bar.  So go ahead and test them out on your next visit!

Each cocktail chair in this range is upholstered using fabrics from Kirkby Design’s Underground velvet collection and their arcade range – geometric designs inspired by retro computer games.

The underground collection has been taken from London Transport Museum’s archive. This means you could be sitting on a chair upholstered in a design that would have appeared on tube lines in the 60’s, trains from the 70’s and post-war buses.

So, when you next pop in to newly named Principal Hotel, visit The Refuge bar and you see our chairs.  Just think you could be sipping cocktails sat on your very own versions.
